PAYMENT AND PRICING TERMS

We accept electronic funds transfer, direct deposit and major credit cards via PayPal Business or STRIPE. Please advise at the time of booking if you wish to pay via credit as an alternative invoice or payment link will be issued with an additional 3% surcharge.

You agree that to get the best value for our services, you must attempt to follow all our instructions provided to you prior and during to your booking/sessions and maintain open and timely communication with us.

Any pricing information in relation to our services published on or contained within our website may be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to revise, change, modify, suspend, discontinue or terminate any service/s without notice or consent.
PERSONAL STYLING SERVICES
Bookings
Personal styling services are paid in advance. Once you have selected your service and we have allocated a date and time for your booking, you will be issued an invoice via email. Payment for your selected personal styling service is required in full in order to secure your booking.
Your booking date and time will be held for 24 hours after an invoice is issued and will not be secured until payment is received.
We may send you various instructions depending on the type of services you selected as part of our services. You agree to follow all our reasonable instructions and communicate with us in a prompt, open and transparent manner in order to obtain the best value for our services.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment you are entitled to a full refund or re-booking up until 48 hours prior to your booked session time. If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (due to illness or emergencies), you are entitled to a full refund or re-booking.
Cancellations that provide less than 48 hours’ notice will attract a 20% cancellation fee. This will be deducted from your initial payment. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Gift vouchers are not entitled to a refund unless they within one (1) week of purchase and the refund is requested by the purchaser (not the recipient of the gift voucher). However, if your booking was fully or partially booked using a gift voucher and is cancelled for whatever reason within 48 hours prior to your booking, we will endeavour to re-book your appointment to a different date and time.
All care is taken to book the right amount of time for you based on the brief provided. However, occasionally due to reasons beyond our control we may not complete everything on our list in the allocated time period. We will endeavour to agree with you in writing to extend or re-book if you require additional time. If you extend your service on the day, an additional invoice will be sent post session and payment is due within 24 hours.
The time of your booking begins at your allocated booking date and time. If you are late for your session or require time out to make phone calls or for personal reasons, your consultation time will still be charged from the agreed meeting time.
PROFESSIONAL STYLING SERVICES, CORPORATE, EVENTS AND MEDIA
Bookings
After contacting us to discuss your brief, we will submit a proposal and rate for the project. Terms and conditions are to be mutually agreed upon and may be amended in accordance with the scope.
An initial deposit is required after we mutually agree to the scope and rate of your project. Your booking date(s) and time(s) will be held for 24 hours and will not be secured until the agreed deposit is received.
If the project is extensive, a monthly invoice will be issued at the end of each month with a 14-day payment term for the works completed within that calendar month.
We may send you various instructions depending on the type of services you selected as part of our services. You agree to follow all our reasonable instructions and communicate with us in a prompt, open and transparent manner in order to obtain the best value for our services.
Cancellations
If you decide not to proceed with the service a full refund will be offered up until one week prior to your booked session time.
Cancellations that provide less than two weeks notice will attract a 20% cancellation fee. This will be deducted from your initial deposit payment. The remaining balance will be refunded.
If the project is terminated at any stage, all works completed up to the date of termination are required to be paid for in full.
If services are extended, an additional scope and rates will be agreed on monthly terms.
If we need to cancel your appointment or cannot fulfil the agreed brief for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund for any deposit paid in advance. Payment is required for all works completed to date.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are to be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
Gift vouchers can be refunded within one (1) week of purchase to the purchaser due to a change of mind. A recipient of the gift voucher cannot obtain a refund.
If you are the recipient of a gift voucher, and your booking was fully or partially booked using a gift voucher, and your booking is cancelled for whatever reason within 48 hours prior to your booking, we will endeavour to re-book your appointment to a different date and time.
In line with NSW Fair Trading guidelines, gift vouchers have a three (3) year validity period.
Styling sessions are often booked out several weeks in advance and possessing a gift voucher does not expedite the booking process.
TRAVEL
Certain services are not available out of Sydney metropolitan areas, and minimum hours apply for areas, which require travel.
If travel time exceeds 60 minutes from the Sydney CBD, we will charge you an additional flat fee of $150 inc GST per day.
Additional travel expenses such as flights and accommodation will be agreed with the in writing in advance with you. These expenses are not included in our quoted fees unless otherwise specified.
Daily rate excludes additional contractors required for the project such as photographers, videographers, hair and makeup artists, graphic design, models, venue hire, large scale event management, fees associated with third party suppliers. Additional quotes can be provided to include such services if agreed in writing in advance with you.
