BOOKING INFORMATION
If you would like to book a session or chat about the best service to suit your needs please fill out the new client questionnaire or send an email and Caitlin will be in touch. This will ensure that the most suitable session is booked for you and your personal requirements. Once your form is submitted Caitlin will be in touch via the details you provide to arrange a time for your session and confirm your selected service. If you do have any queries or would like to chat you are welcome to get in touch.
Please appreciate many clients work full time and there is a good chance you do too. Hence, weekend bookings are often filled several weeks (sometimes months) in advance. If you are considering getting in touch for a weekend booking or have a wardrobe deadline or event, please leave enough time/notice.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Payment for your selected service is required in full in order to secure your booking. You will be issued an invoice via email. Cheque, Electronic Funds Transfer, Direct Deposit and Major Credit Cards via PayPal Business accepted (please advise if you wish to pay via PayPal as an alternate invoice will need to be issued with an additional 3% surcharge.) If you extend your service on the day an additional email will be sent post session and payment is due within 24 hours.

30 day accounts and retainer payments may be held for regular clients and large jobs and may be subject to credit checks/applications.

Gift vouchers are to be paid for in full at the time of purchase. A full refund may be offered for unwanted vouchers prior to the voucher being redeemed within 1 month of purchase. In line with NSW Fair Trading guidelines gift vouchers have a three (3) year validity period. Due to unforeseen circumstances if Caitlin Stewart Personal Stylist is not able to honour the personal styling voucher within the validity period a full refund will be offered.

Certain services are not available out of Sydney metro and minimum hours may apply for areas, which require travel.

If you live more than 60 minutes travel time from the Sydney CBD there is an additional flat charge of $150 inc GST for sessions in your home.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will attract a 20% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your initial payment. The remaining balance will be refunded to your nominated bank account.

If Caitlin needs to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances you are entitled to a full refund which will be paid into a nominated bank account. Alternatively you may reschedule to an alternate day.
